The Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont has often been voted by Vermont Sports Magazine readers as the event with the Best Prizes in whole state of Vermont. Everyone has a chance to win, and everyone will have the option of increasing their odds of winning by purchasing additional raffle tickets on race day. A Big Thank You goes out to all our sponsors who donated the many great prizes for this event.
Lunch opens at 11:30am at the base of the Toll Road. Awards begin at 12:30pm.
Overall Awards
Top 3 overall men and women finishers in the RUN and BIKE categories will receive cash awards of $200[1st], $100[2nd], and $50[3rd].
Age Category Awards
Top 3 male and female racers in each age group will be presented with Handmade Stoneware Mugs. Age categories recognized are… Under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
New Course Record – $500
Any racer who sets a new overall course record for their gender regardless of discipline will receive a bonus cash award of $300 for a total cash award of $500.
Young Competitors
Each year we have competitors, both male and female, in the mountain bike and running divisions that are 14 years old and even younger. These young competitors are the future of our sport and many of them are already performing at an amazingly high level. We feel that only awarding the top 3 finishers in this category does not adequately honor the effort that these young persons put forth, and instead, we will be honoring all of the 14 and under participants with a round of applause at the Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont. So be ready to stand up when the awards begin!
Post Event Raffle
